The Wrong Email

　　A Illinois man left the snow-filled streets of Chicago for a vacation in Florida. His wife was on a business trip and was planning to meet him there the next day. When he reached his hotel, he decided to send his wife a quick e-mail. Unable to find the scrap of paper on which he had written her e-mail address, he did his best to type it in from memory. Unfortunately, he missed one letter and his note was directed instead to an elderly preacher’

s wife whose husband had passed away only the day before. /when the grieving widow checked her e-mail, she took one look at the monitor, let out a piercing scream, and fell to the floor in a dead faint. At the sound, her family rushed into the room and saw this note on the screen: DEAREAST WIFE: JUST GOT CHECKED IN. EVERYTHING PREPARED FOR YOUR ARRIVAL TOMORROW.

阴差阳错的电子邮件

　　一个伊利诺言伊州的男人离开了大街已被白雪覆盖的芝加哥前往佛里达度假。他的夫人正在出差，计划第二天在佛罗里达与他相见。抵达宾馆后，他决定给他夫人发一封短短的电子邮件，但找不到那张写有电子邮件地址的纸条了。于是他就尽量凭记忆打出她的地址。 不幸的是，他少打了一个字母，邮件就这样被发到了一位年长的牧师夫人那里，这位老夫人的丈夫在前一天刚去世。当这位正处于悲痛之中的夫人检查自己的邮件时，她看了屏幕一眼便惨叫一声，倒在地上不省人事了。听到这惨叫声，全家立刻跑进屋。在屏幕上，他们读到了这样一封短信：最亲爱的夫人，刚刚住进来，一切就绪，等待你明天的到来。
